1. Order now — choose your gear and place your order before the cut-off
2. Campaign closes 3 May — production begins on all confirmed orders
3. Gear produced & shipped — delivered directly to you within 4–5 weeks
4. Club earns — profit share is calculated and paid to the club

• Flat $10 shipping on all orders (NZ delivery only)
• All orders tracked and confirmed via email
• Local pickup available — Auckland, Sideline NZ HQ (announced at campaign close)

The more the community orders, the more the club earns:

• 50–99 units: 6% of profits
• 100–149 units: 8% of profits
• 150–199 units: 10% of profits
• 200+ units: 12% of profits

Minimum 50 units per campaign required to trigger payout.

• All items are made to order — no returns on custom gear unless faulty or incorrect
• Faulty/incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
• Profit share applies to fulfilled and delivered orders only
• Cancelled or refunded orders are excluded from profit share
