SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Most items in our team store are made to order or available on a pre-order basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Production times vary and may take 2-4 weeks (or longer during peak periods) before your order is dispatched.
- Pre-order items will be dispatched once production is complete. Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase where possible.
- Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
- Sizing and colour may vary slightly from images shown, as products are custom manufactured.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
- Orders over $110 NZD: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $110 NZD: $10 NZD flat rate

Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
- Flat rate: $32 NZD to all available international destinations

International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7-21 business days after dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's tracking page.
