Returns & Exchanges

At Sideline NZ, we stand behind the quality of every item we produce. Because most of our products are custom-made to order, our returns policy differs from standard retail. Please read the following carefully.

Custom-Made Items

All custom teamwear (jerseys, shorts, training gear, and sublimated apparel) is made to order based on your club's specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a manufacturing fault or error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sidelinenz.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no extra cost to you.

Sizing Issues

We provide sizing guides for all products and recommend ordering a size kit before placing bulk orders. If an item does not fit as expected, reach out to us and we will do our best to help — but please note that size preference is not grounds for a return on custom items.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

For any non-custom, off-the-shelf items purchased through our team stores, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
