How your order gets from store to door

Key Dates
  • Now – Sunday 16 August 2026: store is open, place your order
  • Sunday 16 August 2026, 5:00 pm NZST: orders close and the store shuts. No late orders are accepted.
  • Monday 17 August 2026: production begins on all confirmed orders
  • Monday 17 August – Friday 11 September 2026: gear is manufactured and freighted to New Zealand
  • 13 – 20 September 2026: estimated delivery to your door
How It Works
  1. Order now — choose your gear and place your order before 5:00 pm on Sunday 16 August 2026
  2. Campaign closes 16 August — production begins the next day on all confirmed orders
  3. Gear produced & shipped — delivered directly to you, estimated 13–20 September 2026
Supporting the club
  • $5 from every item you buy goes straight to Nations Rugby.
  • It applies to every product in this range, from the first order — there is no minimum and no threshold.
  • The running total is shown at the top of this page and updates as orders come in.
  • Refunded or cancelled orders are excluded.
Shipping & Pickup
  • $10 flat shipping within New Zealand on orders under $110
  • Free shipping within New Zealand on orders of $110 or more
  • New Zealand delivery only — this range is not shipped overseas
  • All orders are tracked and confirmed by email
  • Local pickup available — Auckland, Sideline NZ HQ. Pickup details are emailed when the campaign closes.
Sizing
  • Kids and adult sizes are shown on each product, up to 7XL on selected items. Headwear is one size.
  • Our supporter gear runs about a size small, so we recommend ordering up.
  • Unsure? Lay a top you already wear flat, measure armpit to armpit and top to bottom in cm, and email those two numbers to orders@sidelinenz.com before you order and we will confirm your best size.

Terms & Conditions
  • This is a pre-order. No stock is held. Every item is made to order after the campaign closes on Sunday 16 August 2026 at 5:00 pm NZST.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
  • Club contribution — $5 from every item sold in this range is paid to Nations Rugby. It applies from the first item with no minimum. Refunded or cancelled orders are excluded.
  • Changes and cancellations — email orders@sidelinenz.com before 5:00 pm on Sunday 16 August 2026. After that time production has begun and orders cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
  • Sizing — because every item is custom made, we cannot exchange gear because a different size was chosen at checkout. Please check sizing before you order.
  • Faulty or incorrect items — report to orders@sidelinenz.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will replace or refund the item at our cost. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
  • Delivery dates are estimates. 13–20 September 2026 is our target. If production or freight is delayed we will email every customer with a revised date.
  • Placing an order means you accept these terms.
